It’s already October and autumn seems to be arriving in the city, so we wanted to bring you a wallpaper to match the season.

Today we’d like to suggest a walking route starting and ending at Sleep’n Atocha, so you can finish off by relaxing in your room.

This August, we’re bringing you some beautiful wallpapers set against the backdrop of Madrid’s Puerta de Alcalá. Perhaps one of the capital’s most iconic monuments, it has featured in countless creative works and advertising campaigns, and is the focus of millions of tourists’ cameras. We didn’t want to be left out, and from today you can enjoy these Puerta de Alcalá wallpapers.

August in Madrid is a month of sunshine, heat, air conditioning, light traffic and, above all, traditional street festivals, chulapos, limonas and chotis.

Starting this month, we’d like to start giving away wallpapers for all your devices – smartphones, laptops, tablets, or whatever else you fancy. Although we all love Madrid and its terraces, in summer we’re always on the lookout for some water-based alternatives to cool off. The streets get hot, there’s no breeze amongst the crowded buildings and… we don’t have a beach to cool off on. Oh, hang on! Actually, we do! As well as natural swimming pools, we have a ‘beach’ that many people don’t know about and which is an excellent option for spending a summer’s day with friends or family.
