In addition to our state-of-the-art technological systems – soundproof walls, high-pressure rainshowers or integrated bluetooth speakers – we have also implemented all our environmental measures: 100% renewable energy, intelligent air conditioning, LED lighting, recycled glass, natural pigments, electric ovens, rock wool insulation… all of which make us a CO2-neutral building. An urban oasis in the heart of Madrid. We want to continue building, together with our customers, suppliers and collaborators, the 21st century habitat.
Many of our guests are positively surprised when they discover that we are a hostel and not a hotel. At least, according to our business license. The truth is that we pay little attention to labels. We believe that an accommodation is defined by more than just its category or the number of stars it has. SLEEP’N Atocha seeks to be much more than an accommodation. We are a new concept of sustainable and multipurpose accommodation in permanent evolution. We adapt to the reality of the times, to the new social and working habits and to the revolution of the spaces, which are becoming more and more transversal, flexible and heterogeneous. Just like the people who live in them.
We are a human and committed team that works to promote a new, more sustainable and more conscious tourism. We can proudly say that we are the first B Corp accommodation in Spain and the second in Europe, a seal that certifies our compliance with the highest standards in terms of social and environmental performance, transparency and corporate responsibility. Our ambition is to contribute to improving our environment, putting the people and the planet at the centre. But we cannot do it alone. We need to work hand in hand with our suppliers, collaborators and customers.
